First Booking

What details should I send for a booking?
You can send your airport transfer request to our 24/7 WhatsApp line (+90 542 691 07 97). Once you share your flight details, passenger count and destination, our team confirms your booking within 15 minutes at most. You can also book online through our reservation form.
How many hours in advance is enough?
For smooth planning, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. During peak season (June-September), early booking is important to secure Mercedes Vito availability. We also accept last-minute requests based on availability via WhatsApp.
Is there a cancellation fee?
If your plans change, you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup. Date or time updates can also be made free via WhatsApp. You can submit cancellation requests via WhatsApp (+90 542 691 07 97) or phone.
How do you handle flight delays?
No extra fee is charged. Our operations team tracks your flight in real time using Flightradar24, FlightAware and airport systems. If your flight is delayed, the driver adjusts pickup timing accordingly and keeps waiting at no additional cost.
Can I book a night transfer?
Yes. Utopia Izmir Transfer operates 24/7, 365 days a year. Midnight and early-morning bookings are served at the same tariff without hidden night surcharges.

Pricing

What affects the transfer price?
Prices vary by distance. Our 2026 tariff starts from 1.500 TL per vehicle. For example, Izmir Airport - Kusadasi is 2.500 TL and Cesme is 3.000 TL. For the latest list, visit our Transfer Pricing page.
Do I need to make prepayment?
No. We operate with a trust-first service model and do not request prepayment or deposit. Payment is made after the transfer, directly in the vehicle in cash.
Which currencies can I pay with in the vehicle?
We accept cash payments only in the vehicle; no credit card or POS terminal is available.

Which vehicles do you use?

Can I request a baby seat?
Yes. Safety is our priority. If requested during booking, one baby seat (0-9 kg or 9-18 kg) or booster is provided free of charge.
Is smoking allowed in your vehicles?
No. Smoking is prohibited in all vehicles due to hygiene and legal standards. On long trips, the driver can stop for a short break at an appropriate point if requested.
Can I travel with a pet?
Yes, pets are welcome. For safety and hygiene, your pet must travel in its own carrier/box. Please mention this at booking time.

Pickup

How do I find the driver at the airport?
It is simple. After landing and baggage claim, our driver waits at the passenger exit (domestic or international) with a name sign or Utopia Transfer logo. If you cannot spot the driver, call the number shared with you or our 24/7 operations line.
How long do popular routes usually take?
Average durations under normal traffic are:
  • Kusadasi: 60 minutes
  • Cesme / Alacati: 60-70 minutes
  • Ozdere / Gumuldur: 50 minutes
  • Seferihisar: 45 minutes
  • Didim: 1 hour 45 minutes
  • Bodrum: 2.5 - 3 hours
Is the vehicle reserved only for us?
Yes. Our service is private VIP transfer. The vehicle is assigned only to you and your group. No ride-sharing, no route-hopping, and direct door-to-door travel.
