Before you book
At Utopia İzmir Transfer we drive private transfers from İzmir to the Aegean region and nearby areas. The price is per vehicle, not per person, and fixed as shown on the site; for a return trip we add the two rides together.

Flight and address
Just send us the date, your flight number and a location link for your hotel.

Passengers and luggage
If you also tell us the number of passengers and suitcases and whether you need a child seat or pushchair space, we prepare the car for it.
Vehicle capacity and luggage
A Mercedes Vito takes up to 7 passengers. If you are bringing large suitcases or equipment, we check the loading with you in advance.

Fixed fare
You pay the fare shown on the website; there is no charge for waiting or child seats. We do not take prepayment; you pay in cash at the end of the journey.

Driving time starts when the car sets off; passport control and baggage collection are not included.

What is an İzmir airport transfer?
A private vehicle you reserve in advance between İzmir Adnan Menderes Airport and your hotel or address. It takes you door to door at a fixed per-vehicle fare, and we track your flight.
How much does an İzmir airport transfer cost?
The fare depends on the route and is fixed per vehicle: Kusadasi and Selcuk €50, Cesme and Alacati €60, Didim €100, Bodrum €160. The full list in EUR and TRY is on our pricing page.
Is prepayment required?
No, we do not take prepayment. You pay our driver in cash at the end of the journey.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight. If it is delayed, our driver waits for you at the terminal exit, and we do not charge extra for the delay.
Where does the driver meet me at the airport?
Our driver meets you at the international or domestic arrivals exit with a sign showing your name.
How long is the transfer from İzmir Airport to Kusadasi?
Usually 1–1.5 hours. The time can vary a little with traffic and your landing time.
What is the difference between VIP transfer and a taxi?
With a transfer you reserve the vehicle in advance and know the price from the start; we track your flight and meet you at the exit. There is no meter, so the price does not change on the way.
